Videokings is an independent, one-person website operated through MH-Media in the Netherlands. These guidelines explain how videos and editorial context are handled.
Purpose and independence
The purpose of Videokings is to curate notable video and provide useful context around it. Videokings does not accept paid placements or on-site advertising, and visitor data is never sold. Elements shown inside an embedded YouTube player are controlled by YouTube.
Sources and attribution
Video titles, descriptions, publication details and creator information can be imported from the relevant YouTube video or channel. Creator attribution follows the synced source data so that videos from other channels can be identified correctly. Imported text may be formatted or edited for clarity without intentionally changing its meaning.
Reuse of Videokings videos
Original Videokings videos are created and published by Videokings, a brand of MH-Media. Copyright is held by MH-Media and all rights are reserved. Reuse requires prior written permission unless applicable law expressly permits it. See the Copyright and License Policy for the complete notice.
Accuracy and corrections
Reasonable care is taken to avoid misleading titles and descriptions, but source information can be incomplete or later corrected. Credible correction requests are reviewed promptly. Send the exact Videokings URL and a clear explanation to info@videokings.nl.
Sensitive content
The site is intended mainly for people aged 16 and over. News and real-world footage can be disturbing. Warnings or contextual descriptions are added where reasonably practical, but viewers should still exercise discretion. Videokings is not directed at children.
Rights and removal requests
Rights holders can report copyright, privacy, safety or attribution concerns at info@videokings.nl. Include the page URL, identify the relevant work or person, explain your authority to make the request and provide enough detail to investigate. Valid requests and binding legal notices will be handled as required by law.
No community submissions
Videokings currently has no public comments, member accounts or visitor-upload function. These guidelines will be updated before any such community feature is introduced.
