These terms explain the Videokings website and the conditions that apply when it is used. Videokings is operated by MH-Media in the Netherlands.
The service
Videokings is a free, publicly accessible video and editorial website. It does not offer visitor accounts, subscriptions, purchases or user uploads. Availability, content and features may change or be withdrawn.
Age and sensitive material
The site is intended mainly for people aged 16 and over. Newsworthy footage can include distressing, violent or otherwise sensitive events. Viewer discretion is advised. YouTube may impose separate age or access restrictions on its player.
Accuracy and editorial context
Videokings aims to present titles, descriptions and context accurately, but information can be incomplete, outdated or supplied by third parties. Content is provided for general information and is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Report a material error to info@videokings.nl.
Copyright and attribution
Videokings branding, original editorial text and the site’s compilation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Embedded videos, names, logos and other third-party material remain the property of their respective creators or rights holders. Embedding or linking does not transfer ownership and does not imply endorsement.
Video rights and reuse
Original Videokings videos and editorial material are protected by copyright. Copyright is held by MH-Media. All rights are reserved. Copying, re-uploading, republishing, editing, distributing or commercially using this material requires prior written permission from MH-Media, except where applicable law expressly permits the intended use.
This notice does not claim ownership of third-party footage, music, photographs, trademarks, personality rights or other material that MH-Media does not own. Those elements remain subject to their own rights, permissions and lawful exceptions. The technical Videokings provenance chain records source-byte identity and processing lineage; it does not by itself prove legal ownership.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not attempt to compromise security, overload the service, bypass access controls, interfere with playback, impersonate the operator, or republish protected material without permission except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-party services
YouTube playback and external social-media links are operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply after you choose to interact with them. MH-Media does not control their availability, interfaces, advertising or data practices.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
The site is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MH-Media is not responsible for indirect loss caused by use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies, while any mandatory protections and competent courts available to a consumer under applicable law remain unaffected.
