Videokings is an independent video website operated by one person through MH-Media in the Netherlands. It is deliberately designed to receive and retain as close to 0.0% personal visitor data as is technically possible.
Our privacy commitment
- No visitor accounts, public comments, contact forms or newsletter.
- No audience analytics, advertising trackers or visitor profiles.
- No paid advertising or paid placements on the Videokings website.
- MH-Media does not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- MH-Media does not voluntarily give personal data to others, except where a provider is strictly necessary to operate the website or disclosure is required by law.
Technical hosting data
The website is hosted by TransIP. Like every web host, TransIP must process limited connection data to deliver and secure the site. Server logs can include an IP address, browser version, requested page and time of access. This is technically unavoidable. It is used only for delivery, security, abuse prevention and error diagnosis, and only kept for as long as operationally or legally necessary. Videokings does not turn this information into visitor profiles or copy it into a separate visitor database.

YouTube videos
Videokings delays the YouTube player until you actively choose to play a video and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain where technically possible. Before playback, locally stored preview images are used where available. If a local preview is unavailable, your browser may request the preview image from YouTube and disclose ordinary connection information before playback.
After you press play, YouTube or Google can receive technical and interaction data such as your IP address, device information, referring page and playback activity. They may use cookies or similar storage and may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own terms. Any advertising or other elements shown inside the YouTube player are controlled by YouTube, not selected or served by Videokings. Review the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms before playing if this concerns you.
Cookies and local storage
Videokings does not intentionally set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies for ordinary visitors. WordPress may set essential security or session cookies for a site administrator who signs in. Third parties may use their own storage only after you interact with their service, for example by playing a YouTube video.
Email and social links
If you email info@videokings.nl, MH-Media receives your email address and whatever information you choose to include. It is used only to handle your message and retained only while reasonably needed or legally required. Social-media icons are ordinary external links, not embedded tracking widgets. The relevant provider receives data only after you follow its link.
Legal disclosure
Personal data will be disclosed only when required by applicable law, a binding court or government order, or when strictly necessary to protect the website, its operator or others against fraud, abuse or a security threat. Mandatory legal obligations take priority over the no-sharing policy.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection concerning personal data held by MH-Media. Because Videokings intentionally keeps almost no visitor data, there may be nothing that can be linked to you. Send a request to info@videokings.nl. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Age and changes
Videokings is intended mainly for people aged 16 and over and does not knowingly request personal data from children. No age profile is created. This policy will be updated before any material change to the site’s data practices.
