Fannin County, TX - In this video the guy with the gun (Michael Alan Truelock) is facing up to 20 years in prison on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon encounter in Fannin County (TX) in June 2019. Charles Landers, the guy who's driving the car, was looking for places to fish when he made a wrong turn onto Truelocks' property, when Truelock decided to open fire because of 'trespassing'.
