BERLIN, GERMANY - More than 25.000 demonstrators gather near parliament in Berlin to protest against the new Corona-measurements taken by the government of #Merkel. After crowds ignored calls to wear masks and keep distance, German riot police used a watercanon in an attempt to end the protest.

As the cannons soaked protesters outside the landmark Brandenburg Gate, police in riot gear moved through the crowd carrying away some participants. Some demonstrators threw fireworks and flares in response as police helicopters hovered overhead.
