Curfew protests in the Netherlands turn violent as criminal youth abuse moment to loot and riot

The Netherlands – Anti-night-curfew protests in several cities in the Netherlands turned violent on Sunday January 24. While large numbers of police forces viciously tried to control the masses at an organised rally in Eindhoven, dozens of youngsters decided to go to the streets and abuse the moment to justify looting and rioting. Similar events occurred in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Urk and many other cities. on Twitter posted: “JUST IN – Police cannot control #Eindhoven anti-lockdown rioters. The situation is out of control: cars burning, windows smashed, shops looted.”
